Formed in 1971, BHE Services (Bolton) Ltd soon became one of the North West’s first
major gas maintenance companies.

Apart from maintaining public sector and housing association’s housing, which is a very important part of BHE, home owners can also use BHE for their central heating and plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs.

The operations division has a full complement of faults operatives, electricians, gas fitters and plumbers trained to the respective industry standard.

All operatives who work on gas appliances are qualified and registered with CORGI. BHE ensures their operatives receive training and are kept up to date with changes in legislation as well as manufacturers’ appliance modifications. A bespoke training centre is owned and, with the assistance of selected manufacturer’s, is fully equipped with traditional boilers and condensing boilers ensuring maximum opportunity for operatives to hone their skills as well as learn and develop new ones.

Communications with all operatives is by integrated mobile telecommunications enabling send and receive of both voice and data with future investments in PDAs? being scheduled. All this, coupled with our recent procurement of a vehicle locating system, enables operatives with the appropriate skill sets to be despatched to an emergency efficiently and effectively and in the shortest possible time.

With over 45 field operatives independently equipped with vehicle and flexible van stocks, no distance is too far. The fleet, with prominent company livery, is well maintained and old vehicles are soon replaced.
