Yes, BHE Homecare boiler service plans are available for both new and older appliances. We will need to inspect your boiler prior to setting up any Homecare boiler service plan though.

All Homecare boiler service plans are available to landlords. Landlord customers will receive a Gas Safety Certificate as part of their plan, and we’ll arrange appointment times around your tenants for minimal disruption.
