This usually depends on how straightforward your new boiler installation job is. Typically you can expect a replacement boiler to be installed in a day. If we need to carry out more works, installing new radiators or pipework, your job may take a little longer. Our engineer will advise on your specific job at your free home survey.

BHE’s boiler installation team works Monday-Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Yes, BHE’s HomeGuard annual boiler service plans are available to all customers. You’ll need to service your boiler annually to validate your manufacturer’s warranty, and HomeGuard offers customers excellent value with packages from £5.50 per month. That’s a saving of up to £20 per month compared to national competitors!
