BHE still the best for local couple – after 20 years!

Over 20 years ago, BHE Services (Bolton) Limited installed a boiler for a couple in Bolton.

Twenty years on, we have just installed a new, state-of-the-art, high efficiency boiler for the same couple in the same property!

Cliff and Thelma Taylor, of Ripon Drive, said: “When it became obvious we needed a new boiler we had no hesitation returning to BHE because whenever we have used them we have always been delighted with their customer service and workmanship.

“It is also good to know they are a local company that’s been around a long time which led us to ask them to replace the existing boiler.”

The company fitted a high efficiency “A” rated boiler from Glow-worm, one of the top boiler manufacturers who are now part of the Vaillant group.

Mr Taylor added: “BHE were able to do this for us within our budget and without any pushy salesman. The engineer who called explained everything in an easy-to-understand non- technical way and offered us a number of options and boilers.

Our old boiler was made by Glow-worm and although it was getting older we had been very happy with it, so when we were offered an option of a new energy saving model from the same manufacturer, it was an easy decision to make. BHE had no problem accommodating our wishes.”
