“What a fantastic team at BHE! The engineer was polite, efficient and punctual. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me. We agreed next steps and he came back the following week and fitted the new parts. The office team are amazing and fitted in my boiler service quickly and around my available times. They answer the phones straight away and call you back really quickly whether you email or leave a message. I am so impressed - the best customer service I have experienced literally from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they are a pleasure to work with.”

“I took out BHE's boiler cover a few months ago. Within days the engineer came out to service my boiler. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he was very efficient and conscientious, (putting his shoe covers on before stepping out of the cellar into the hallway etc). Dealing with the office staff in relation a query was pleasant and efficient too so all in all a really positive experience!”
