Homecare FAQs
Your Homecare boiler cover includes a boiler service every 12 months.
Yes. You’ll be given a direct number to a qualified technical engineer, who’ll advise you on plumbing and heating aspects including boiler pressure, heating controls and bleeding radiators.
Homecare boiler cover agreements last 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel as you wish.
After you’ve signed up and your payment is processed, you’ll receive a welcome email containing our full terms and conditions. A member of our team will be in touch to arrange an engineer visit for your boiler service, when you’ll also receive your welcome pack containing more information about BHE and your Homecare plan.
