Dear Sirs,

I’d just like to thank you for your prompt attention and professionalism whilst dealing with the fault on my 21 year old Myson Apollo boiler.

A few days previously, I had  a Gas Safe Engineer from another company take a look at it, and was told that it was “probably knackered” and that I should fit a new condensing boiler.

Despite not being urgent – it is Summer and I do have an immersion heater as backup for hot water – you had a Gas Engineer with me within one and a half hours of my initial telephone call. Les (superstar legend that he is) listened patiently whilst I gave a brief history of the problem, then told me what he thought was the cause before starting work.

In under an hour, he had correctly diagnosed and rectified the fault to my complete satisfaction – and all for the cost of your standard call-out charge of £54!

I am completely delighted and impressed by the skill, speed and professional approach demonstrated by your staff in all my dealings with them, from initial contact with Jeff through to successful resolution by Les, and would certainly recommend BHE Services to friends, family and acquaintances the future.

Thank you for giving the old girl a new lease of life, and hopefully another twenty years of faithful service.
