We offer set prices for most services, which include the cost of parts we stock on our vans. Most jobs are completed within 1.5 hours plus any parts used.
Our prices differ slightly depending on where you live (to help cover additional travel costs) please state your postcode when you contact us.
Zone 1 areas: Bolton, Chorley, Wigan, Leigh & surrounding areas.
Zone 2 areas: LA1, LA2, LA3, LA4, LA5, LA6 & LA7
Zone 3 areas: LA8, LA9, LA10, LA11, LA12, LA21, LA22 & LA23
Rates are inclusive of VAT at 20% but do not include materials or parts.
Reactive & Same Day Jobs
| Call out and up to 1.5 hours labour 90% of reactive, same day jobs are completed within 1.5hrs. For jobs that take more than 1.5 hours, we charge in 30-minute increments or provide a quote while at your home. |

Plumbing & heating FAQs
No, but our minimum charge is 1.5 hrs’ work. This covers our travel and labour costs, and allows us enough time in case of any unexpected problems.
Yes. We’ll give you a fixed price on the day to repair your boiler if the job requires parts. If we diagnose and fix your boiler without needing parts, our costs are from £120.
In some cases, yes you can! Send a photo of your boiler to our WhatsApp at 07973 302432, one of our engineers may be able to diagnose the fault over the phone. This may be topping up the boiler, adjusting the controls or resetting the boiler. This service is free of charge.
