Bolton-based BHE Services is proud to have once again pledged support for Gas Safe Register’s Gas Safety Week 2020, the 10^th annual awareness event promoted by the organisation.

BHE has gas safety at the heart of our business, and we’re committed to promoting awareness around gas safety, protecting your home and family against the dangers of leaks, poor maintenance and unregistered engineers.

How gas safe is your home?

Gas Safe Register advises that a huge 1 in 6 homes has a dangerous gas appliance. Local to our Bolton Head Office, last year 341 unsafe appliances were found, including boilers, gas fires and gas cookers.

• Check your gas appliances every year
• Fit an audible carbon monoxide alarm
• Make sure you use an accredited Gas Safe Registered engineer
• If in doubt, ask to see your engineer’s Gas Safe ID card
• Renting? Ask to see your landlord’s current Gas Safety Record
